TRAVELLING BETWEEN LONDON HEATHROW AND GATWICK AIRPORTS

It has been a few years since I made a transit between Heathrow T5 and London Gatwick so I am seeking recommendations.
Who do you use? Reliability is more important than cost, as I only have four hours to clear passport control and collect my bags, but cost is still a consideration.
