abiz Muñoz is best known for his courageous cuisine, his limitless fantasy, and for being the youngest chef to lead a restaurant to its third Michelin star in 2013, when he was aged 33. At his Madrid restaurant Diverxo, he has created a wonderland where pigs fly (inspired by the Spanish proverb “Los Cerdos No Vuelan”, which translates to “pigs can fly”) and it’s best to leave all presumptions at the door and succumb to the unprecedented ride.
