Iraq lift Gulf Cup on home soil

The final of the 2023 Gulf Cup summed up the tournament: not much quality but huge excitement nevertheless. Iraq defeated Oman 3-2 after extra-time to become champions of the eight-nation biennial tournament for the first time since 1988.
