I know, it sounds ridiculous, but dammit, the results are compelling enough to make it worth a shot.
Here’s how it works. Make sure your hair is just slightly damp, and maybe spritz in a bit of sea salt spray or texturising spray if your hair struggles to hold a curl. Part your hair down the middle, place the tie over your head like a headband (secure it at the top with a clip) and then start wrapping sections (away from your face) around the length of it, adding more hair as you go.
