AS EASY AS PIE

Q I am rather embarrassed to ask such a simple question of you but I would like a recommendation for a tasty, easy-to-make pheasant pie. I’m not much of a cook anyway and have never cooked pheasant before but, with a new partner to impress, I feel it’s time to start. I have looked at a few recipes but they all seem so complicated. Can you help?

LD, Devon

One can’t go wrong with this recipe for pheasant and leek pie. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/Gas Mark 7. Heat 50g butter in a casserole
