Jump to the top of long web pages

As my fingers age and ache more, I look for ways to minimise my mouse scrolling. One trick is to use the browser extension Scroll To Top, which adds an arrow to the bottom of web pages that you can click to instantly return to the top.

Install it from the Chrome Web Store (www.snipca.com/44859) and you’ll see a white arrow in a blue circle at the bottom right of any web page you’re on. Click it to go to the bottom of all the pages at that URL, then click it again to shoot back to the top.

To change this arrow, right-click the extension’s icon in the browser, then select Options. Now click ‘Choose) and click Select. I chose a red circle with a chevron inside .
