Reveals birth of first child late last year
Actress Gemma Arterton has revealed she became a mother in December after welcoming her first child with husband Rory Keenan.
Speaking to Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2 last week, the Quantum of Solace actress, 37, announced the birth of her son. “We are very, very happy. He was born just before Christmas; a little Christmas elf,” she said.
The actress, who tied the knot with 42-year-old star Rory in a secret: “I don’t feel ready for kids because I want to know that I can come back and still be valuable to the industry. That’s only going to happen when I feel a little bit more accomplished.”
