The start of the second Jurassic trilogy, about a dinosaur theme park built on the original island, owed much to Stephen Spielberg’s first. But director Colin Trevorrow delivered hybrid reptiles that were smarter but humans for them to chase and eat who clearly weren’t. Still, leads Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, as Owen and Claire, made for entertaining dinobait, and they established a chemistry-free partnership that would last another two films, the second one of which is on tomorrow night.
