JETSU PEMA OF BHUTAN

SHE’S known as the Kate Middleton of the Himalayas and it’s easy to see why. Flowing mane, flawless face and impeccable style – Jetsun Pema of Bhutan is the epitome of regal grace and beauty.

At 32 she’s the youngest queen in the world. She took to the throne in October 2011 aged just 21 when she married King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, known to his people as the Dragon King.

So taken was the young monarch with his bride that he renounced his right to take multiple brides, vowing she’d be the only one he would ever marry.
