When building a camp, location is our top priority – for example, it must include outstanding views and have good access in and out. To diversify the safari experiences Wilderness offers, we create circuits of camps in conservation areas where tourism can have a positive impact.
We choose each site carefully, so that they provide a different ‘in-camp’ and ‘out-of-camp’ experience from each other and also maximise the specific activities available in that area — such as game-viewing, walking, boat safaris.
