TRUELOVE Edu spoke to KZN-born Siyabonga Nxumalo, a Continuous Improvement Specialist for an insurance company.
He holds a BSc Eng. in metallurgy and material engineering, a postgraduate diploma in leadership and management, and recently submitted his thesis for an MBA at GIBS. He was a bursary recipient from Hillside Aluminium in Richards Bay from Grade 9 until he completed his degree, due to excellent results.
