Cherry Jam

■ 1kg cherries, pitted
■ ¹⁄³ cup lemon juice
■ 1kg jam setting sugar
1 Pulse cherries, in three batches, in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a stockpot over a medium heat. Add juice and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Bring to boil.
