220 Triathlon

FROM THE EDITOR…

Having been in the magazine industry for many years now, the issue on sale in January always used to be about ‘newshiny. Times change, though - and thankfully for the better. I'd prefer now to think of this issue as one which will inspire all people to give triathlon a go in 2023, regardless of their starting point, previous fitness, body shape or ability. You don't need to be a ‘new you’, you just need to take a tiny step into the unknown and try new. So, on page 22 you'll find our ultimate beginner's guide to tri. I hope you find it inspires you!
