A Culinary Night to Remember

 conducted the third edition of its exclusive Masterclass for the members of ALL - Accor Live Limitless on December 14 with celebrity chef Vicky Ratnani and. The menu had interesting appetisers like chicken with smoked pepper and golden garlic and signature dim sums. For the main course there was Japanese katsu curry, jasmine rice, and desserts included almond mango coconut French petit gateaux, classic ginger and lemongrass creme brulée, and more. The cocktail menu was an assortment of aromatic Asian drinks like Lemongrass Collins, Asian Gimlet, and more.
