ASPARAGUS, EGG & GOAT’S CHEESE TART
Easy to make and bursting with flavour!
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place 2 sheets of defrosted puff pastry on the tray and gently score a 1.5cm border around the edge, being careful not to slice all the way through. Brush 1 egg yolk around the border. Bake for 15 mins or until it starts to puff and looks golden. Meanwhile, mix 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 garlic clove
