The 2022 ISPS HANDA Australian Open was a triumph, in our view, which is not to say that it was perfect. We took a risk by staging our marquee event with a new format, but the positives far outweighed the negatives.

We think it was a great week for Australian golf, with the Open coming back after two years of absence caused by the pandemic and the travel restrictions.
