Which saves you more money – haggling or switching?

The British public now know what to do when their broadband contract ends: haggle or switch. A new survey of over 5,100 customers from consumer group Which? shows that nearly 80 per cent of customers try to get a better deal by either negotiating with their current provider or shopping around and switching.

The same survey shows that one strategy delivers much better results than the other.
