Taiwan Must Make Up for Lost Time

THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSON from Russia’s war in Ukraine concerns the role of time. After licking its wounds following heavy losses to Russia in 2014, Ukraine implemented sweeping reforms to its military force structure and training to enable the resistance we are seeing today.
