PATTERN NOTES
This doily is constructed a little differently than normal: Begin by making a ring of 6 Motifs with a large open space in center. The Center Motif is worked next and the Fill-In Roses are worked last.
Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.
When making padding-cord ring, do not wrap it too tightly or you will have trouble sliding it off the hook and retaining its shape. Leave about 1-inch end at beginning and end of wrap. This will make it a little easier to handle.
Weave in loose ends as work progresses.
