Paul Smith’s leaders seek turnaround

As accreditation entities continue months of review of the proposed merger of Paul Smith’s College and Fedcap, an employment preparation organization based in New York City, a turnaround team already has begun looking to the future.

The Fedcap Group started taking control of functions and inserting influence on operations by this fall. Still, few details about how the relationship will work have been shared publicly by the college.
