Garlic butter prawns
Fresh, flavoursome and easy to make!
Toss 500g peeled and deveined large raw prawns (with tails on) with 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, ½ tsp cooking salt and ½ tsp black pepper, then set aside for 20 mins. Heat 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Using tongs, place half the prawns in the pan
