French toast the Danish way
1 egg
3 fl oz (1 dl) milk
1 tbsp cane sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
4 slices of toast
1.7 oz (50 g) butter
Whisk egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Dip the toast slices in the mixture. Melt the butter in a saucepan until it’s nice and golden and fry the toast slices at medium heat for
