ATTACHING BREAKAWAY CABLES

John,

I read the letter about breakaway cable attachment in issue 621 with interest as I have the same problem when attaching the cable to my tow vehicle.

Unfortunately, the rear tow point had to be removed when the towbar was fitted and there are no other suitable attachment points available. I considered drilling a hole in the plastic bumper but if the towbar came loose the bumper would be the first thing it would take off.
