Covering a lush couple of acres in the centre of Road Town, and named after Joseph Reynold O’Neal (who was instrumental in creating the BVI’s National Parks Trust), these verdant gardens are bursting with orchids and other tropical flowers. Special features include an avenue of stately royal palms, koi ponds and ornamental fountains covered with lily pads. It’s ideal for a peaceful wander or a quiet moment sitting under a shady pergola.
