MAKES 1KG LOAF | PREP 1 HR PLUS PROVING COOK 25 MINS | EASY |

1kg 00 flour
8g fast-action dried yeast
15g caster sugar
25g fine salt
100ml olive oil (we used Le Ferre), plus extra for drizzling large handful of mixed , leaves picked 10% (mix 1/4 tsp salt with 1tbsp water)
