SHORTCUT BERRY CHARLOTTE
Perfect for pudding, yet healthy enough for breakfast – this is easy to rustle up at any time of day.

✣ 500g mixed blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, roughly chopped, thawed if using frozen
