I’m driving the gravel road into camp. It’s straight for two miles and I can see clear to the end of it. I swung over to the “wrong” side of the road just as I crossed a plank bridge over a shallow ditch. More appropriately it is an “H” intersection. There are ditches on both sides of the gravel road and they are connected by the gap under the bridge.
