It hardly needs pointing out that Minis are quite light. That’s a core element of their make-up, the whole point is that they serve up a minimal footprint in all dimensions. But Adam Evans’ 1990 Rover really is something else. Taking lightness to its logical conclusion, it nigh-on has to be tethered to the ground with ropes to stop it f loating away.
