Cook these base recipes on a Sunday so you can pack them into five meals for the week.
CHILI
1. In a large pot over medium high, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil. Add 1 lb ground beef and brown, about 10 minutes. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green pepper, and 4 chopped garlic cloves. Saute until the onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add Stir to combine. Add Stir well, boil, reduce heat to low, and cook until thickened, about 1 hour.
