BEFORE
Breaking some of the unspoken conventions of landscape photography can often allow you to capture more unique viewpoints that completely change the balance of the scene. Landscapes are often shot with the tripod set to a height between 50-150cm, and for most situations, this provides the perfect viewpoint to show off the surroundings at their best. However, positioning the camera just above the ground level creates surprisingly interesting results with the right scenes; typically featuring rugged foreground interest and lots of texture.
