    Market engagement

    Ports of Jersey has begun the process of market engagement for the redevelopment of Elizabeth Harbour, which is part of the St Helier Harbour Masterplan.

    A Prior Information Notice, which signals the upcoming work to external suppliers, has been published. The formal procurement process for Elizabeth Harbour will start early in 2023, when there will be wider engagement with potential companies in Jersey, the UK and mainland Europe.

    A public consultation sought islanders’ views on potential uses for the harbour area.
