A very fine fisherman remembered
I was deeply moved to read Nick Fisher’s obituary (7 December), so deservedly praiseworthy and sensitively portrayed by Patrick Galbraith.
Some years ago now, after I penned a letter to Nick, he duly featured one of his classically ‘highly individual’ sea-angling articles in Shooting Times. He stressed his mutual feelings in agreement with me, in concern of the humane despatch of fish once landed, either on land or in a boat.
