February challenge

January challenge received lots of wintry responses from our readers, full of sensitivity, (left) to share with you and will show another wintry entry next month so that we are able to give readers a little more time to complete their February challenge. The February challenge is ‘Pattern'. Patterns on the tablecloth, or patterns found in nature, or the cast shadows of a low winter sun - use whichever medium you choose and email a photograph of your work to me by 16 January, clearly titled for your chance to feature in a forthcoming issue of . Enjoy! week and a programme of workshops and demonstrations run mainly at the weekends. The society has its own monthly online challenge, a regular newsletter, and lively website, and in the summer months outdoor sketching takes place at local venues.
