Less of us may send Christmas cards now than we did, but the Royal Mail estimates that it delivers 1.5 million cards over the Christmas period, and that on average each person in the UK sends and receives 17 cards. And guess what? Nearly all of them will have a stamp on them, with cards featuring a festive stamp particularly likely to warm the cockles of their recipient’s heart as they’re getting into the Christmas spirit.
