Perhaps the most iconic treat of all is the yule log where executive pastry chef Desmond Lee and his team present not one but three indulgent variations. Lee says, “I was inspired by the rhyme ‘Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue’ which is said to bring good luck to brides-to-be. As
