Justified and ancient

About a third of the way through Richard Meaden’s review of the new Porsche 992 GT3 RS (evo 304), I suddenly realised I wasn’t actually reading it anymore. I was staring into space. It wasn’t the writing that had lost my attention, it was the car.

Much has been written in evo in the last couple of years about supercar fatigue, and while I’ve resisted that up to a point, the sad fact is that I just don’t care. I’m sure the GT3 RS offers an amazing experience on track, but a) it’s beyond being useable on the road, b) it’s hugely expensive and c) you can’t even buy one anyway.
