There were plenty of great stories in this issue, starting with the winners of the 4X4OTY awards when the 80 Series Cruiser took out the top gong, with Moonie exclaiming: “It’s one of the best 4WD I’ve ever experienced.” It would be something he would probably reiterate today.
Other vehicle-based yarns centred around the latest Cruisers and Patrols, and we’re kinda wishing the Patrols had the same high profile today as they did back then.
