Set in a neon-accented shophouse on Craig Road, the concept is all about unrestrained fusion, with established Gaggan favorites such as Papdi Chat (yoghurt spheres atop crackers) and barramundi in perilla-leaf tacos appearing on the menu alongside dishes specially created for Singapore, like Chicken 69 Lah! — spicy fried chicken wings served with Hainanese mole.
