Ah, the joys of Christmas. A stack of crispy roast potatoes, sausage stuffing oozing with flavour, sweet parsnips and juicy carrots, the Brussels sprouts your nan piled on your plate, so much turkey you vow you cannot eat any more for at least 365 days, pigs in crispy blankets, all drizzled with gravy and a dollop of cranberry sauce. Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, better known as BOSH!, create hearty and simple recipes which are adored by hundreds of thousands of people online.
Together, we’ve created a meal which will cost just over £20 and feed an entire family with leftovers. The twist? The Sheffield-born chefs
