It’s child’s play

IN your recent article on ageing a property after renovation (Inside Track, November 9), I was surprised to find no mention of children. They are the most effective agent of premature ageing in both their home and their parents. Fortunately, grandchildren have an equally rejuvenating effect. Simon Jenner, via email
