We recently visited a campsite in the Midlands. My parents live about three miles from the site and it is an ideal

location when visiting them. During our stay, I had a call from my father, saying my mother had fallen and he couldn’t lift her off the floor.

After getting into my car, I quickly realised the barrier at the site entrance was locked between 10pm and 7.30am.
