Allergy troubles
Q We always go to my mother-in-law’s for Christmas but she’s just adopted two long-haired cats and I’m allergic. I know she will be offended if we don’t go and celebrating at our house isn’t an option as we live in a flat. What can I do? Stacey, Dundee
A Ask your mother-in-law if she could keep the cats out of the sitting room and dining room for a few days before your visit
