Gazing into each other’s eyes as they pose for their first exclusive photoshoot and interview as a couple with HELLO!, it’s clear to see that Max George and Maisie Smith’s relationship has an undeniable sparkle.
Which is unsurprising, given that the The Wanted star and the actress first crossed paths under the bright lights of the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom, with romance blossoming the following year after two epic nationwide Strictly tours together.
“When I get off a train, Max will be standing on the platform with a bouquet of flowers and I feel like I’m in a movie. It’s every girl’s dream and I’ve found it in Max,” says Maisie, 21.
Becoming Maisie’s boyfriend, adds Max, is the “best thing I’ve ever done”.
“My favourite thing about Mais is that she tackles everything full-on and always has a smile on her face. She’s so smart, creative and talented. I find that actress is on full display in between takes on today’s shoot, as the pair giggle together and share the occasional kiss.
