If you buy and demolish a house in an historic street next to the beach, you can be sure the community will keep an eagle eye on your project. Nell Harris of Still Bay knows this all too well. Which is why she left a model and plan of their new house at the municipality so that anyone could go there and familiarise themselves with the facts from the get-go. The plan was also displayed on the project board at the building site.
