eading the letters about Landlords, it feels very “populous” and a bit sad. Appreciating that housing is a basic need, it is also a market in the sense that people buy and sell, with other various forms of lending, pledge collateral etc. Framing landlords as bad, good or whichever is a bit small minded. If the government really wanted to fight homelessness it could provide more development incentives with social housing for those that cannot afford the market rates. This has proven successful
