’s ‘Spring Colour Carnival’ (November) really lifted my spirits. Exploring the magic of colour gave me the confidence to reimagine my interiors and inspired me to use my holiday time to paint my children’s bedrooms something other than white. When it was done, each of the three kids hurtled into their bedrooms and smiled will always make me both miss and feel at home, no matter where in the world I am. It is a monthly treasure I can’t live without.
