RACHEL’S road to motherhood was one of the many highlights of the show that made Jennifer Aniston famous. The storyline was vintage Friends: laugh-out-loud funny with pockets of poignancy, Rachel navigating the ups and downs of little Emma’s babyhood while the rest of the gang went along for the ride.

But how Jen must’ve envied the kooky character she played. For years she tried to get pregnant, embarking on a long and lonely secret battle for a baby that would ultimately end in heartbreak.

And it’s this journey she’s now spoken about for the first time, revealing how she did everything to try to conceive during her late thirties and forties.
