It’s our last Hot List of 2022, and we’re closing out with a global swoop from Texas to Lancashire, Sweden to Peterborough and beyond. There’s new music from Wolfgang Van Halen (fresh from celebrated appearances at Dave Grohl’s Taylor Hawkins tribute shows), The Hot Damn! (the most colourful pop-rock gang in the North West) and a heads-up from The Answer’s hotly anticipated comeback record. And a whole eclectic spread of others. It’s a damn fine selection of songs, if we say so ourselves.
