(KSS) is pleased to announce that it has added prominent philatelist Antony Bard to its Board. He is the editor of the , the journal of the Royal Philatelic Society London, and the European representative for Cherrystone Auctions in Newark, USA. Robert (Bob) Finder has resumed his role as Chairman of the Board, and Ivo Spanjersberg has rejoined the Board as publisher. The magazine is now available, and may be downloaded by KSS members for free. Print copies are also available.
