CHIMNEY SAFETY

If you have a stove or fireplace, get your chimney swept by a chimney sweep approved by HETAS (Heating Equipment Testing and Approval Scheme) at least once a year, or twice yearly if you’re burning wood. This will remove deposits and debris that can risk a chimney fire.
